Become Part of the Team
We have ongoing evaluation studies in Kenya, South Africa, and Nigeria. For each measurement wave, a team of two research assistants collects data on-site over a period of 10 to 12 weeks.
The Tasks Involve:
recruiting students for participating in the training group and control group
managing the data collection process
following-up via telephone and personal communication on former STEP students and students of the control group
collecting data through questionnaires and interviews
documentation and data entry of the collected data
documenting through case studies the success of STEP students
To Join the Team, You Need to:
be fluent in English (for African countries) or Spanish (for Latin American countries)
have cultural sensitivity awareness
be competent and confident in foreign environments
show very high personal initiative in executing the tasks
be comfortable with situations that require a very high degree of flexibility
be creative in generating alternative options and plan Bs
have a very high sense of responsibility
have very high skills in managing and organizing
Open Positions
We currently have no open positions. The next evaluation studies are planned to take place in Kenya and Nigeria between August-December 2025. We will start the application process for these positions in May.
